Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time to check in and complete paperwork as needed.
We require a valid credit card at the time of booking to secure an appointment. Out of courtesy to our service providers and other guests and patients, we require a 48-hour notice for cancellations. In the event that you are unable to give sufficient notice, a cancellation fee of $50 will be charged for all missed appointments, regardless of the reason for the cancellation. In the case of pre-purchased packages, you will forfeit one treatment for last minute cancellations or “no show” appointments within 48 hours of the appointment time.
If you arrive more than 15 minutes past your scheduled appointment time (5 minutes for 15-minute appointment slots) and we are unable to accommodate your service, your appointment will be rescheduled, and a $50 fee will be charged. Treatment times are not extended based on late arrivals.

Because our practice is limited to elective aesthetic medicine, we do not bill insurance. All prices are subject to change without notice. DeeTox accepts cash, checks, credit cards, CareCredit, and PRIVI.
Tipping is appropriate on non-medical services only (customized clinical facials and HydraFacial). Tipping is not allowed for medical services, including Botox, dermal filler, microneedling, chemical peels and laser.
Gift cards may be purchased in any denomination over the phone, online, or in-person. Unless otherwise indicated, gift cards will expire 12-months from the date of purchase, are non-refundable, non-transferrable and may be used for services or products. Service credits and purchased packages are non-transferrable and must be used for the service for which they were purchased. Credits left for more than 12 months are forfeited.
Refunds are not provided for services or packages, even if you are disappointed in the result or unhappy with the outcome. Refunds or credits for partially-used packages are provided only on a case-by-case basis. If a patient moves outside of North Carolina, a refund will be provided on unused services, less a 25% administrative fee.
We accept unopened product returns within 7 days of the purchase date if you are not satisfied with your purchase. In this event, we will provide a credit on your account for 50% of the product purchase value. Opened product returns are permissible only when there is a documented allergic reaction to the product during in-person evaluation. In accordance with federal law, we do not offer refunds or exchanges on prescription products for any reason.
Personal belongings are the full responsibility of the DeeTox guest and should be kept in your possession at all times. DeeTox is not responsible for lost or damaged items.
We respect your desire to be with a particular treatment provider but we may not always be able to meet special requests due to illness, vacations, and unforeseen schedule changes.
We love having you as a patient, but we do reserve the right to refuse service at any time, to anyone, for any reason.
Dose adjustments for Botox/Dysport/Xeomin treatment are offered between 2-3 weeks after tthe original treatment, with up to 5 units complimentary. Anything beyond 2-3 weeks is considered a new treatment.
To provide a relaxing experience for all of our guests, we ask that you turn the ringer off on cell phones.
